Our Beliefs
All children can learn and should be actively challenged in order to develop higher order thinking skills.
School is a place where a child's socialization skills are reinforced. Therefore, appropriate social behavior should be encouraged, as well as demonstrated, by the faculty and staff.
Children are capable of learning and entitled to receiving the life skills necessary for them to become productive citizens, regardless of cultural background, socioeconomic level or social status.
Parents, teachers, school staff, and local business partners comprise a community that is necessary for a school to achieve its goal of educating children.
A student's self-esteem is enhanced by positive relationships and mutual respect among and between students and staff.
Each student is a valued individual with unique physical, social, emotional, and intellectual needs.
Curriculum and instructional practices should incorporate a variety of learning activities to accommodate a variety of learning styles.
